We prefer 7 nights stay. However we can also make an individual agreement (Christmas time, Easter )

The price does not include the final cleaning fee of EUR 90 per stay.
We book your reservation only after you send us a binding confirmation and pay a 30% non-refundable advance payment.
Payment terms:
At the time of the reservation ………………………… 30% advance payment
60 days before arrival ............................. the remaining 70% of the price
Before arrival, we will ask you for a security deposit in the amount of EUR 200 to cover damage to the house (if any).
After your departure, we will check the house and if there are no issues, we will refund the security deposit in full within 5 days.
Otherwise, the warranty will be used for reparation of the damage and afterwards the bills will be duly settled.
Cancellation term:
Cancellation 90 or more days prior to the date of arrival .............. full refund
Cancellation between 89 and 60 days prior to the date of arrival ....................... 30% cancellation fee
Cancellation between 59 and 30 days prior to the date of arrival ......................... 60% cancellation fee
Cancellation 29 days prior to the date of arrival or later ...................... no refund

Unfortunately, it is not possible to accommodate pets at the moment. Children are welcome. Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.
The pool can be used from 8:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.; there are quiet hours from 11 p.m. to 8 a.m.
We do not accept groups visiting to throw a stag party or similar.
